Summary: No one likes family curses, especially if they end up forgetting about them until it becomes convenient to remember. Just hope that your curse is easier to undo than this.

History: For over three centuries, the Nomed family has been plagued by a demon borne out of the Crown of Thorns, which lurks in their family mausoleum. For every first-born daughter in each family generation, the demon possesses them at some point or another. It's current target is Susan Walker, who begins to act increasingly erratic after entering the mausoleum, using her new demonic powers to kill anyone who displeases her.

Notable Kills: Susan's reaction to a drunken stalker is to make his car burst into flames...while he's still in it. Her hands also turn into demon heads to tear apart a man she is hugging.

Final Fate: Eventually, a man forces the Crown of Thorns from the mausoleum onto Susan, which exorcises the demon back into the place. After she puts the crown onto the beast, it is placed back in its tomb.

Powers/Abilities: Telekinesis, mild reality warping/shapeshifting.

Weakness: Anything involving the Crown of Thorns.

Scariness Factor: 4-Alone, this demon resembles a stunted, somewhat cute-looking goblin. But woe to anyone who finds a girl this guy possessed. Then, its powers skyrocket, and you're bound to die a painful, unusual death.

Trivia: -The actual Crown of Thorns was described in the Gospels as the thing Jesus Christ wore on his head right before his crucification as a cruel joke by the Romans on his authority.

-During the scenes where her eyes lit up bright green, actress Bobbie Bresee became practically blinded due to the damage the lenses did to her.
